Rule 11
7 Provisions related to special meeting
: (1) At least one fourth of the total number of members may submit a proposal in writing to the Commission that it is necessary to recommend to the Government of Nepal to dismiss a member due to lack of working capacity or incompetence.
(2) In order to discuss and vote on the proposal as per sub-rule (1), within fifteen days from the date of registration of the said proposal, notice shall be given to all the members of the special meeting of the Commission to set the time, date and place. Sub-rule (1) The decision of the proposal of Bomoji will be made by the majority of the total number of members of the commission.
(3) The chairman will convene the meeting on the proposal of the member secretary. The procedure related to the chairmanship of the special meeting where the proposal against the chairman and member secretary will be discussed and voted on will be as determined by the commission in accordance with subsection (6) of section 8 of the Act.
